Today was a good day. I am amazed at how my body has adapted to getting better quality of calories through my nutrition plan. You have heard it all before...."You are what you eat." Eating more fruits, nuts, and veggies is starting to have a huge impact on what my body is craving to eat!?! My workout today was Pure Cardio. A good time was had and I sure enjoyed the shower afterwards. Focus on your goals, plan your attack, and you will be one step closer to success.
