I honestly did not think it was possible, but...
(and everything that our team is doing!)
are doing to cause their business to thrive. Plus, I covered several
important updates and announcements.
I have achieved one of my goals this year! Today I wore size 36" Jeans. Although the goal is to have improved health and fitness....it is nice to feel and see the results and realize what you can accomplish just by being committed and taking it one day, one meal at at time. * Doing the happy dance*
Today was a good day. I am amazed at how my body has adapted to getting better quality of calories through my nutrition plan. You have heard it all before...."You are what you eat." Eating more fruits, nuts, and veggies is starting to have a huge impact on what my body is craving to eat!?! My workout today was Pure Cardio. A good time was had and I sure enjoyed the shower afterwards. Focus on your goals, plan your attack, and you will be one step closer to success.
Now you can click on the links on my blog and be directly connected to me when you purchase your Team Beachbody Products!
Once you do that, I will become your coach for free and we can do this together! I look forward to helping you reach your health and fitness goals.
Be safe and have a great Memorial Day Weekend.
Again waking up and feeling good. I think I should do this every time I change the oil in my car. 8)
I think the fact I have been taking Shakeology for a little while made my cleanse more of a mental than physical challenge. 8) I did however enjoy the feeling of getting everything out of the calories I was taking in on a daily basis. If you don't know what that feeling is like, I suggest you do some type of cleanse from time to time. Even if it's not the Shakeology cleanse. The feeling of being satisfied without feeling bloated or full was awesome!
To your health!
I went to bed at the end of day one with a slight headache. My body's way of reacting to the lower caloric intake. I woke up on Day 2 and too my surprise, I felt great. I actually felt rested and I smiled to myself knowing that the next two days of this cleanse was all downhill now. I realized that I had gone through my little mini test of wills and I won!
There are many things in life we can not control...but, the one thing we can is what we put in our mouths. This cleanse for me was not about losing weight. For me, it was the mental battle that I needed. After the cleanse is over, I will have to reevaluate my daily caloric intake. Even though I eat pretty good...being in this cleanse has made me realize that I am getting way to many calories from sugars. 8)
The satisfied feeling I felt all day just drove that point home to me. I cut out soda's last year. I love a nice glass of Sweet Tea. I don't think I will give up the sweet tea, but I will lower the amount I drink in the future. Looking forward to Day 3 and the end of the Shakeology cleanse.
Day 1 - Felt pretty good today. Mentally focused on my goals. Decide, Commit, Succeed!
My sense of smell has kicked into high gear. 8) Tomorrow should be a fun adventure.
Looking forward to the challenge.
It has been a couple of months since I have done anything to break a sweat. Eating has been so so, but I have the knowledge ( completing P90x and Insanity) surrounded by their outstanding nutritional products ( shakeology, p90x vitamins and the awesome recovery formula) to put it back together at a moments notice.
The hardest part....yes, is always the first day back after a little vacation. 8) An amazing thing happened this morning as I started to go through the process to begin my workout today. Once the mental decision was made to work out, My body started to preparing for my workout session..putting on my shirt and then getting a slight tweek in my upper back!! Immediately, I had an excuse to not workout...but I keep going through my routine and within a few mins...everything felt normal again.
My workout today was Insanity's Plyo Cardio Cuircut....let's just say...we have no where to go but up!! Way up!!
It felt good to break a sweat and give my body some deep breathing that I normally dont get sitting at the cpu all day. It is really true....don't give into the mind chatter...set goals, stay focused and realize your potential...one day at a time.
